It’s important to us that you have the best possible experience with Cowcat Matcha, please refer to our policies before placing an order.
- All sales are final.
- An exchange will be provided under special circumstances; if you receive a wrong or damaged product. Products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for exchange.
- Please request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- In the case of a damaged or defective product please submit a video. Refer to the details below.
Video Requirement
To be eligible for exchange of defective products :
- Record video soon as you notice the product is defective, ideally when opening / unboxing your product.
- Ensure the video shows the packing and product condition clearly.
- Submit the video along with your return request via email.

Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened, used or for non-defect reasons such as a personal preferences.
