Cowcat was founded by two friends in the pursuit of great matcha.

We hope to share not just the matcha with you but so much more - admiration for the tradition, connection and maybe a little of the other things we love.

Each of our offerings is carefully considered and sourced from farmers and producers who align with our values.

 We believe less is more. So while our offerings may be few they are of the highest quality - to create a grounding and joyful ritual, whether a long standing practice or your very first bowl.
